Job summary

A leading retailer in the UK is seeking a Consultant for the Talent Management department. This role involves leading the design and implementation of Leadership development initiatives while collaborating with international teams. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in Talent Management and project management, with strong stakeholder handling skills. Qualifications

  • Experience within Talent Management is essential.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Previous experience within a Leadership role is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management including Head Office divisions and International teams.
  • Experience using SuccessFactors Talent and Learning is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the redesign, implementation and evaluation of Leadership development.
  • Partner with key business departments and subject matter experts to create learning solutions.
  • Track and report on KPIs to measure impact and outcomes.
  • Champion inclusive and scalable learning practices.
  • Support with the appraisal cycle and wider development initiatives.
