Job summary

Talk Staff Group Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a growing business based in North Derbyshire. You will directly manage the project delivery process from entry to closure and own the transformation project portfolio, ensuring projects meet timescales and business objectives.

The ideal candidate has senior-level project or programme management experience, leads teams, and is proficient in Waterfall and Agile methodologies with MS Office and internal systems.

Qualifications

Previous project management experience.
Experience of managing or leading a team.
Strong organisational skills.
Knowledge of Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of MS Office & Internal Systems.
Excellent communication skills; able to manage stakeholders confidently.

Responsibilities

Managing the project delivery process from entry to closure.
Owning the entire transformation project portfolio; ensure on time delivery.
Managing resources and budgets; identifying and mitigating risks.
Taking ownership & delivery of programmes & transformation work streams.
Delivering projects to the wider programme timelines and strategies.
Leading strategic projects; ensuring set up, resourcing and delivery.
