Job summary

Delta Housing seeks a Learning and Development Trainer to design and deliver engaging programmes that build colleague competence and capability within the organisation. The role supports compliance with the Competence and Conduct Standard by creating and evaluating training that meets regulatory requirements and organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in regulated environments.
• Experience developing training materials for diverse audiences.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
• Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and use insights to improve future interventions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality learning programmes that support organisational priorities, regulatory requirements and workforce capability needs.
• Lead the development and delivery of training programmes that support regulatory standards, ensuring colleagues have the necessary skills and behaviours.
• Work with managers and SMEs to identify learning needs and translate these into effective training solutions.
• Develop expertise in key organisational learning programmes including safeguarding, health and safety, customer service and management development.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning interventions, learner engagement and compliance levels, and make recommendations for improvement.
