Job summary

MSD is seeking a Learning & Development Designer/Developer to design and develop learning products at scale within the Global Learning & Development team. You will partner with project managers, SMEs, localization leads, and stakeholders to deliver learner-centric experiences aligned to GLD standards.

In this role, you will design across modalities, translate requirements into detailed instructional designs, and build assets with accessibility and reuse in mind, while ensuring quality and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in learning design and development.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning experience design.
• Experience with industry-standard authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multimodal learning solutions aligned to objectives and GLD standards.
• Build assets using approved authoring tools, ensuring accessibility and reuse.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs, and localization leads to meet timelines.
• Ensure quality, brand guidelines, and continuous improvement of deliverables.
