Job summary

Humankind Global Recruitment in London is seeking a Learning and Performance Specialist to design and build core learning products and global frameworks, focusing on the Performance aspect of L&D. You will create scalable solutions and hand them to Learning Business Partners to facilitate.

The role requires strong reporting and visualization skills, experience with LMS systems (SuccessFactors a plus), and a track record delivering global L&D projects including ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Learning role with focus on Performance Management.
• Experience designing and building learning products.
• Tech-Savvy with LMS systems (SuccessFactors would be an advantage) and strong reporting & visualization skills.
• Experience delivering complex global L&D projects including ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core learning products and global frameworks.
• Scale the learning offerings and hand to Learning Business Partners to facilitate.
• Pull together reports and create visuals for HR Directors to show ROI and value of L&D spend.
