Job summary

Greater Anglia is seeking a Learning Designer to shape our digital learning strategy. You will design engaging, accessible learning experiences, develop GA Learn content, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver outcomes that support safety and performance.

You will partner with IT, HR and operations to drive blended learning solutions, leveraging tools like Articulate 360 and Docebo, while ensuring accessibility and alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing digital learning and e-learning.
• Experience using authoring tools to craft interactive learning experiences.
• Experience managing LMS development with back-office administration and reporting.
• Understanding of learning design principles and adult learning frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and turn knowledge into engaging learning.
• Experience using data and learner insights to improve learning.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive digital learning techniques.
• Strong attention to detail for compliance and safety content.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative mindset with interest in new learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning programmes, assessments and resources using modern authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to turn complex information into clear learning experiences.
• Create learning content aligned with business priorities and safety requirements.
• Lead transitions of classroom learning to digital and blended formats.
• Manage GA Learn (Docebo) LMS administration, deployment and reporting.
• Analyse LMS data to monitor completion and engagement; drive improvements.
• Develop reports and dashboards with People Data and HR Systems teams.
• Ensure learning content meets validation, compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate with IT and Internal Communications to align learning tech and campaigns.
• Research new learning technologies and opportunities to enhance digital learning.
