Job summary

SANY is hiring for a Depot Administrator in Sittingbourne, Kent, to support the service and sales teams in a fast-paced depot environment. You will arrange service appointments, process invoices, manage parts stock, allocate workloads, assist with new machine preparation, and submit warranty claims, while delivering tailored customer service and upselling where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and book machine service appointments via telephone and email
• Create customer invoices and provide customer updates on works completed
• Control of depot parts stock including allocation to service jobs and customer sales
• Allocate work schedules to the service team
• Work alongside the sales dept on the preparation of new machines
• Submit warranty claims following completion of works
