Comprehensive training and coaching are provided to develop your commercial skills from day one. £28,000–£30,000 basic salary with uncapped commission, realistic first‑year earnings around £40,000+.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional seeking a sales career.
• Degree education completed or equivalent qualification.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential customers via phone, email, and social channels.
• Introduce products and services to prospects and qualify opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and match to suitable solutions.
• Develop relationships and maintain ongoing contact with prospects.
• Arrange meetings, demos, and appropriate sales activities.
• Follow up with prospects and track progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to improve skills and close deals.
• Participate in regular sales training and coaching sessions.
• Consistently meet personal and team targets.
