Flourish in Manchester is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our hybrid team, offering a £26,000-£30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission. You will develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and support the wider sales team while receiving comprehensive training and coaching.

No prior sales experience is required—attitude, ambition, and a desire to succeed are what we look for.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and qualified leads.
• Conduct calls, meetings, and product presentations.
• Manage opportunities through the sales process to close.
• Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective customers.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain momentum.
• Work with senior sales professionals to develop opportunities.
