Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone, email, and online channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Manage sales enquiries from initial contact to the next stage of the sales process.
• Follow up with prospects to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional business.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations when required.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM.
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider commercial team.
• Take part in regular sales training, coaching, and development sessions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Contribute to a positive, competitive, and high-performing team environment.
