Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Junior Digital Test Engineer in a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence a few days per week. You will work in the Digital Data & Technology team to ensure quality, reliability and usability of digital systems through manual and automated testing, collaborating with developers, business analysts and the senior testing team.

The role covers functional and non-functional testing, test planning, creating and maintaining test scripts, defect tracking

Qualifications

• Experience performing manual and automated testing across platforms and systems.
• Familiarity with Cerner Millennium applications and healthcare testing.
• Ability to document, track, and resolve defects with stakeholders.
• Experience creating and executing automated test scripts and using testing tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform manual and automated testing on digital applications to ensure quality and performance.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using industry standard tools.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
• Conduct regression testing to verify updates do not impact existing functionality.
• Create and maintain testing documentation including results and reports.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to review requirements and plan tests.
