Halian is hiring a Senior QA Engineer to own quality end-to-end and shape how the team tests, from test design and automation infrastructure to release gating and production observability. You will leverage AI thinking to improve testing processes and code quality.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years building production test automation (end-to-end).
• Strong SQL fundamentals for test data, validation, debugging.
• Experience with API testing and UI automation.
• Hands-on performance/load testing using tools like k6 or JMeter.

Responsibilities

• Design and own integration test harnesses and contract tests across money flows and partner APIs.
• Lead test automation design for production gates across onboarding, KYC/KYB, payments, FX, settlement and related flows.
• Balance manual vs automated testing; write test cases and drive automation in Playwright and similar frameworks.
• Own CI/CD quality strategy for the domain; drive incident investigations and translate findings into tests and improvements.
