Job summary

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a strategic QA Manager to lead the QA/testing function across digital services. You will oversee automation initiatives, ensure high-quality testing standards, and align with clinical and corporate systems goals.

Leading a skilled team, you will drive test strategies, readiness reporting, and continuous improvement while partnering with key stakeholders to deliver reliable, safe patient-centred digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA/testing teams in large digital programmes.
• Experience delivering testing for Oracle Health EPR and clinical/corporate applications.

Responsibilities

• Define testing methodologies including automated, manual, regression, performance and security testing.
• Oversee QA team capacity planning and performance management.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies with senior leadership to ensure issues are understood and managed.
