Innserve is seeking an experienced Programme Manager based in the UK to lead complex, cross-functional transformation programmes. You will coordinate business, operations, and IT teams to deliver structured change with well-defined roadmaps and governance.

The role involves partnering with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery while operating in ahybrid work model. The position emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and a strong governance mindset, with a focus

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes.
• Ability to translate priorities into integrated plans with clear objectives.
• Strong governance, reporting and financial management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Programme management qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Define and plan transformations with integrated roadmaps and milestones.
• Govern and control governance structures, reporting and budgets.
• Coordinate delivery across business, IT, analysts, suppliers and partners.
• Prepare the business for change with training, engagement and communications.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies; drive corrective action.
• Improve standards, templates and programme management practices across Innserve.
