Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT programs on time and within scope.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with SDLC, TDD and UAT practices.
• Technical familiarity with SQL databases (Oracle) and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of large IT programs.
• Develop project plans using MS Project and TFS with timelines, resources, risks and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple projects using Agile and traditional methods.
• Facilitate requirement sessions to define scope, deliverables and success criteria.
• Oversee SDLC with TDD and UAT adherence.
• Manage risks and communicate progress across teams via Jira and Office tools.
• Lead release planning and post-release support.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure security and DR compliance.
