Job summary

GamCare is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver friendly, responsive helpdesk support across the organisation from the London office. You will diagnose issues, assist with Microsoft 365 administration, and help build and maintain laptops and mobile devices in a secure IT environment.

The role requires IT helpdesk experience, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while documenting actions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working on an IT helpdesk or service desk.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Windows devices.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain tech clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to colleagues in a timely, professional manner.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, access and connectivity issues; escalate when needed.
• Build, configure, upgrade and maintain laptops and mobile devices; track assets.
• Promote cyber security best practices and safe use of systems.
