Job summary

Travelers UK is seeking an IT Technical Support specialist to deliver 1st and 2nd line support for core systems, PCs and peripherals across our UK offices. You will join the IT Technical Support team, manage incidents and service requests, and work with third parties to ensure reliable technology for brokers and staff.

Our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy enables a balance of office and home days, with three days in the office and two at home for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a technical customer service position is preferred.
• Business or Information Technology or related education and training preferred.
• Experience supporting or training on Apple iOS devices, network/connectivity, and business applications is preferred.
• System access experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day support of Travelers PC desktop and supporting systems.
• Support PC hardware, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and applications such as Outlook and MS Office.
• Coordinate with third parties and other IT teams as required.
• Log and track incidents and requests in the IT Service Desk system within SLAs.
• Perform internal moves and setup of presentation equipment for meetings.
