Job summary

PIB Group is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to unify our business units, technical teams and external suppliers to deliver reliable IT services. You will drive performance, lead improvements and ensure colleagues have the support they need to succeed.

This role is based in a hybrid pattern, with offices in Retford, Leicester or Derby, and totals 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You’ll manage relationships with third-party service desks, oversee major incidents and translate requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery or IT service desk management required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and iOS systems; ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Degree level or ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational relationship with third-party IT Service Desk and external suppliers.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery, approvals and major incidents with prioritization.
• Build business relationships, governance, and conduct monthly account audits across applications.
• Lead problem management and ensure services are operationally ready via ServiceNow stories.
