Job summary

PIB Group is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to unite our businesses, technical teams and external suppliers to deliver reliable IT services across the organisation.

You will drive service performance, oversee major incidents, manage governance and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring colleagues have the support they need to succeed. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working from Retford, Leicester or Derby offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Delivery/IT Service Desk Management role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and iOS systems; ServiceNow knowledge is desirable.
• Degree level and/or ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational relationship with third-party IT Service Desk and external suppliers.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery, approvals and major incidents with teams and stakeholders.
• Build relationships, governance, and maintain service ownership and audits.
• Lead problem management and ensure services are ready; translate requirements to ServiceNow stories.
