VIVO Defence Services is seeking an IT Projects Manager to coordinate and deliver changes across internal technology systems, ensuring solutions meet user needs and move into live service.

You will manage a varied pipeline from requirements through planning, delivery, testing and implementation, collaborating with business owners, technical specialists, and external providers to achieve measurable improvements.

Qualifikationen

• You'll have relevant experience in IT project management, technology change or project delivery, supported by strong business-analysis skills and an understanding of service transition.
• You'll be comfortable managing several projects and changes concurrently, bringing an organised approach and sound judgement.
• Experience managing projects and changes across internal IT applications, infrastructure or integrations.
• Strong business-analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and defining acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating testing, implementation, operational readiness and transition into live service.
• Working knowledge of Agile and waterfall delivery approaches.

Aufgaben

• Engage stakeholders to understand the problem, desired outcome, scope and priority of proposed projects.
• Document business and user needs, develop options and establish clear acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, coordinate business teams, technical specialists and service providers.
• Track actions, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, ensuring governance and change-control compliance.
• Coordinate testing, defect resolution and formal acceptance before implementation.
• Assess operational readiness and ensure communications, training and support arrangements.
• Plan go-live transitions and track adoption and benefits post-implementation.
• Challenge unclear requirements and maintain constructive working relationships.
