VIVO Defence Services is seeking an IT Projects Manager to coordinate and deliver changes across internal technology systems, ensuring solutions meet user needs and move into live service. The role combines business analysis with practical project delivery across systems, applications, integrations and processes to improve how colleagues work.

• Experience managing projects across internal IT applications, infrastructure or integrations.
• Strong business-analysis skills and ability to document requirements.
• Proven stakeholder-management across multiple teams and external providers.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied pipeline of IT projects from requirements through planning, delivery, testing and implementation.
• Engage business owners, technical specialists and external providers to define outcomes and coordinate activities.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, track risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Coordinate business testing, oversee defect resolution and secure formal acceptance before implementation.
• Ensure operational readiness, including communications, training and support arrangements.
• Post-implementation, track adoption and benefits, capture lessons learned and identify improvements.
