Job summary

Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is supporting a leading global manufacturing business in its search for an experienced IT Analyst to help launch a brand-new production facility. The role covers IT operations, infrastructure, and security across an evolving plant environment.

The position includes initial training at Solihull for 2–4 weeks, followed by a hybrid arrangement with home working during site preparations and eventual on-site duties in Stoke-on-Trent once the plant is operational.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure, business applications, and end-user technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networks, Windows environments, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, maintains and supports on-site applications and system infrastructure.
• Implements, rolls-out and manages IT systems and software packages.
• Ensure availability and consistency of all local data with data owners.
• Provides expertise for IT processes and network, desktop, printer, and server services.
• Maintains IT documentation of diagrams, configurations and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks and cloud services.
