Job summary

Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead the planning, implementation and management of IT projects across our manufacturing clients. You will optimise processes, manage ERP integrations and develop automation to improve productivity.

The role requires strong SQL, ERP, and data analytics skills, with experience in reporting tools such as Crystal and a background in Microsoft 365. Flexible working arrangements are on offer.

Qualifications

• Degree-level IT/Math/Computing/Engineering qualification is required.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in a similar Business Systems/IT analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, implementation, and management of IT projects across sites.
• Analyse requirements and optimise business processes with technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain ERP integrations and automation.
• Write SQL views, queries, and stored procedures to support business needs.
• Document all development work and maintain system integrations.
