Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society in Bradford is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join our Technology Services Team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role blends remote work with required time in our Bradford office, and operates a 40.25-hour week across 4 on/4 off shifts, with a 33.3% shift allowance.

You will monitor and provide first-line support for the 24/7 IT operations, use Dynatrace, IBM Workload Scheduler and ServiceNow, maintain incidents and documentation, and work with 3rd parties to

Qualifications

• Experience working in IT operations environments and monitoring tools.
• Strong customer service background and ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with ServiceNow and monitoring tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support and monitor the IT operations environment.
• Handle 24/7 batch scheduling and processing with IBM Workload Scheduler.
• Maintain incidents and requests in ServiceNow within SLAs.
• Update documentation and knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with third parties and clients as required.
• Support deployments, releases and upgrades with minimal disruption.
