Yorkshire Building Society is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to monitor core IT operations and provide 1st line support. The role is based in Bradford with a hybrid mix of remote work and on-site time, totaling 40.25 hours per week and a 33.3% shift allowance.

The successful candidate will monitor using Dynatrace and IBM Workload Scheduler, handle incidents in ServiceNow, maintain documentation, and liaise with third parties.

Formación

• Experience operating IT operations with monitoring and observability tools.
• Proficient with ServiceNow for incident and request handling.
• Familiar with Dynatrace and IBM Workload Scheduler.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.
• Ability to work in a mission-critical IT environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform alert monitoring using Dynatrace and ServiceNow Event Management.
• Monitor and provide first-line support for 24/7 batch scheduling with IBM Workload Scheduler.
• Maintain IT operations environment to a high standard.
• Manage incidents and requests in ServiceNow within SLAs.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge bases.
• Communicate effectively to raise awareness across the team.
• Assist in deployments, releases and upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Provide access control for secure areas at production and DR sites.
• Liaise with 3rd parties and clients as needed.
