Job summary

CDW UK is seeking a Technology Support Analyst in City of London to provide on-site IT support across a busy technology estate. You will manage incidents, support core systems, and ensure availability with a hands-on approach.

Working 37.5 hours weekly on a shift rota (7am–7pm), you'll engage with end users and business teams, troubleshoot desktop, mobile, and network issues, and contribute to continuous service improvements within the IT Services team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Windows client and server platforms.
• Experience supporting desktop/laptop hardware and mobile devices.
• Proven incident management across full lifecycle with a service desk.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and business users.
• Able to work in a shift-based / on-call environment.
