Flotek Group seeks an IT Maintenance Engineer to be based at the Plymouth office with hybrid field duties. Responsibilities include maintaining partner environments, providing remote support, and travelling across the south-west with a company van.

The role covers Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and VoIP, with on-call and overtime opportunities. 40-hour week, 8am–6pm, plus 30-minute lunch; full-time permanent position.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in MSP, infrastructure, IT support or field engineering.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Windows desktop/server support and AD / Entra ID knowledge.
• Networking fundamentals, including VLANs, wireless and firewalls.

Aufgaben

• Undertake scheduled maintenance visits to partner sites.
• Provide remote IT and communications support via phone, email and remote tools.
• Perform infrastructure health checks and preventative maintenance.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and end-user technologies.
• Assist with VoIP, internet connectivity and telephony troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation and ticket updates in HaloPSA.
• Support project delivery and technology refresh programs.
• Act as on-site technical representative and trusted advisor.
