Job summary

Westcoast Cloud in Reading offers a hybrid role for a Business Development Manager focused on security solutions. You’ll drive growth by selling within the IT channel, building new reseller relationships, and expanding Microsoft and cloud offerings across the UK and Ireland.

You’ll visit customer sites, present the full range of Cloud products, run training sessions, and work with partners to accelerate opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience selling in the IT channel (distributor or reseller).
Track record in new business development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Willingness to travel in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

Qualify partner opportunities and build relationships with Partners.
Maintain high levels of customer service for Partners and your team.
Take ownership of Partner challenges and be proactive when dealing with Partners.
Signpost effectively within the cloud team and to other parts of the business.
Assist in creating business plans.
Visiting customer sites for meetings and presentations to promote Microsoft offerings.
Monitor progress against customer SLAs to ensure customer service levels are achieved.
Record activities on CRM.
Maintain & develop technical skills/certifications as required.
