Job summary

Westcoast Cloud in Reading, UK is seeking an experienced sales professional with IT channel expertise to grow partner opportunities across the UK and Ireland. You will build relationships, qualify deals, and drive Microsoft cloud offerings with a dedicated team.

You will visit customer sites, run trainings and events, and deliver exceptional support as the main contact for partners and ambassadors, while maintaining CRM activity and developing your technical skills.

Qualifications

• Track record in sales within the IT channel (distributor or reseller).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident presenting and training customers on cloud offerings.
• Able to adapt to varied customer skill levels and changing situations.
• Willing to travel within the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Qualify partner opportunities and build relationships with Partners.
• Maintain high levels of customer service for Partners and the team.
• Own partner challenges and be proactive in resolving them.
• Signpost within the cloud team and other business areas.
• Assist in creating business plans and visiting customer sites for meetings.
• Promote Microsoft offerings and monitor progress against SLAs.
• Record activities in the CRM and maintain technical skills/certifications.
• Support the team in accelerating partner adoption of cloud solutions.
