Job summary

Johnson Matthey plc is seeking an IT Change, Problem and Continuity Management Analyst to govern IT changes across the lifecycle, align with Change Management processes, and support global operations.

You will review change records, challenge submissions, support CAB meetings, monitor conflicts and risk, and drive post-implementation reviews to ensure resilient IT services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating in a global / multi-national environment.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms; exposure to BMC Helix is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of IT systems and applications (MS Office, Outlook, core enterprise tools).
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management.
• ITIL Foundation certified; experience in complex and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern IT changes through the lifecycle per Change Management process.
• Review change records for risk, impact, implementation plans, testing evidence and rollback.
• Challenge inadequate change submissions and drive improvements with change owners.
• Coordinate and support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings with proper representation.
• Monitor upcoming change activity to identify scheduling conflicts, dependencies and risks.
• Support governance of Standard, Normal and Emergency Changes and ensure approvals.
• Track change performance and identify trends requiring intervention.
• Ensure post-implementation reviews are completed for high-risk or failed changes.
