Job summary

Johnson Matthey Royston is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen ISO9001 systems and lead internal audits. You will drive corrective actions and ensure conformance across production processes.

You will apply quality tools like 5 Whys and root-cause analysis, promoting standard work and clear procedures while supporting a hybrid working model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO9001 systems and as a Quality Technician or Engineer.
• ISO 9001 Quality Auditor training.
• A technical qualification (IQA or Six Sigma Green Belt).
• Experience in a high-tech production environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive conformance to the internal QMS and sustain it.
• Manage Internal Audit schedule and assign audits and corrective actions.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and monitor effectiveness.
• Champion standard work, process instructions and quality procedures.
