Qualifications

• Proven experience in a record-to-report role within a global corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders in English.
• Proactive, accurate and able to deliver on commitments with integrity.
• Strong ERP knowledge and high level of MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse information from the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee the preparation of month-end and year-end close processes.
• Lead the preparation of management accounts and reports for key stakeholders.
• Perform trial balance reviews, consolidation activities and month-end controls.
• Provide input on accruals and judgments and support statutory audits.
• Produce standard and ad-hoc reports and respond to business queries.
• Monitor financial and operational performance metrics to assist decision-making.
