Sysco International is seeking an experienced IT Change Analyst to oversee the IT change lifecycle, ensuring changes are implemented with minimal risk to the business. You will manage change requests, conduct risk/impact analysis, and drive improvements across change management processes.

The role requires at least six years in IT Change Management, strong ITIL understanding, and stakeholder management. Hybrid work in Ashford/Hemel Hempstead with potential for AWS/Azure/GCP cloud credentials.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of IT Change Management or Change Enablement experience.
• Strong ITIL knowledge with Change Enablement and Release/Deployment understanding.
• Experience with risk assessment, impact analysis and configuration management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT change lifecycle to minimize risk to the business.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with service owners and technical teams to reduce emergency changes.
• Support and enhance Change Enablement, Release and Deployment practices.
