Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Experience with PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems and industrial automation in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including drives, control panels and power distribution.
- Ability to analyse faults, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley systems (ControlLogix, RSLogix 5000) and industrial networks is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the operation of automation control systems to maintain safe, reliable and efficient production.
- Troubleshooting and resolving control system and equipment issues with production and maintenance teams.
- Performing maintenance and adjustments on automated electrical equipment including PLCs, HMIs, drives and servo systems.
- Updating control systems documentation and supporting program modifications to improve performance.
- Working with external vendors to diagnose and resolve complex automation issues.
- Training colleagues on troubleshooting techniques and safe maintenance practices.
