Job summary

Haseltine Lake Kempner is seeking an organised IT Support Engineer to join our IT Services Team in the Bristol area. The role focuses on daily support for Microsoft 365 and in-house systems, delivering hardware assistance and user guidance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on AD, Windows 11, and 2nd line experience, plus strong communication skills and a proactive approach to automation/AI tools. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 users.
• Hardware maintenance for laptops and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for Microsoft 365 and in-house systems.
• Manage helpdesk queues to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support hardware, network access, and device rollouts.
