Job summary

OPA invites applications for an IT Analyst based at Garelochhead, Helensburgh, with hybrid working 2/3 days on site. The role supports the IT department, resolves user issues, maintains infrastructure, and contributes to IT strategy and projects across a multi-site organisation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a technical IT role (1st/2nd line support).
• Experience across multi-site environments and remote support is desirable.
• Full driving licence preferred for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support across multiple sites.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist with IT projects, deployments and documentation.
• Ensure security controls and backups are kept up to date.
