Job summary

Redtech Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Internal Systems Support Engineer to join an established software company, supporting colleagues in the UK and US.

You will work across hardware, networks, servers and cloud platforms, resolving day-to-day issues and contributing to infrastructure projects. This role suits an experienced IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting and helping users while developing technical skills.

Qualifications

• Solid commercial experience in a similar IT support role (1st/2nd line).
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server environments, networking, VPNs and mobile devices.
• Experience with Linux, macOS, virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and ITIL.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; can support junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across UK/US offices via the internal service desk.
• Investigate and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers/servers/networking equipment and other IT systems.
• Create and maintain support documentation and procedures.
