Job summary

Morgan Hunt Recruitment is seeking an Interim HR Advisor for a 4-month assignment in Warwickshire with hybrid working. The role involves delivering pragmatic HR and employee relations advice, supporting managers across disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence matters, and guiding policy implementation.

The successful candidate will use up-to-date employment law knowledge to support restructuring, staff changes and HR projects, while providing data analysis to inform workforce planning

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor with Employee Relations focus.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience advising managers on complex and sensitive ER matters.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical HR and ER advice to managers and employees.
• Advise and support managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and absence matters.
• Support managers through formal stages of the organisation's HR procedures.
• Provide advice on employment policies, procedures, terms and conditions and employment legislation.
• Provide HR advice and support on restructuring, redundancy and organisational change.
• Assist with the development, review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives under the Staff Strategy.
• Provide sickness absence data and analysis to support effective workforce management.
• Work collaboratively with HR Administration and Payroll colleagues.
• Contribute to organisational development, learning and staff engagement initiatives.
