Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an Interim People Advisor for a leading charity to cover until the end of October, with potential extension. The role is remote and pays £23.39 per hour (Umbrella).

You will report to a People Partner and handle employee and volunteer relations, absence, performance, restructures, TUPE, disciplinary and grievances. You will coach managers, embed the people experience framework, and contribute to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

Qualifications

• You should be an experienced People Advisor or an HR Generalist with a track record of managing employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievances.
• Experience coaching and upskilling managers with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ideally you will have worked in charity retail or a similar fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing all employee and volunteer relations matters including absence & performance management, restructures & TUPE, disciplinary & grievances.
• Encouraging and supporting the resolution of matters informally and leading on mediation where required.
• Coaching and supporting managers through complex people processes with effective tools and guidance.
• Supporting People Partners to embed the people experience framework and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
• Identifying trends on employee and volunteer matters, suggesting and implementing people focused solutions.
