Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor for a temporary assignment in Warwickshire, offering hybrid working with a minimum of two days on-site each week. Qualifications

• Experience within a similar position.
• Experience managing a varied workload, with conflicting deadlines.
• Experience and knowledge of HR policies, procedures and ACAS best practice.
• Knowledge and application of Employment law.
• Experience within the public sector would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver key projects linked to the organisation's people strategy.
• Research, develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment matters, terms and conditions, and HR policies.
• Coordinate sickness absence management, including reporting, occupational health referrals, and formal absence management processes.
• Acting as the main point of contact for occupational health and coordinate all related activities.
• Support managers with restructuring, redundancy and organisational change processes.
• Liaise with HR Administration and Payroll teams to ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR Administration team during workload peaks and management absence.
• Support organisational development, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
