Tokio Marine HCC – A&H Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Account Manager) in Leicestershire. The role involves handling renewals and new business inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with training provided and a focus on upholding product knowledge and compliance.

You will work in a flexible hybrid setup, with in-office training followed by two days a week remote work, contributing to a fast-paced team and aiming to upsell insurance solutions to clients.

Formación

• Experience delivering amazing customer service.
• Experience with using CRM or equivalent systems.

Responsabilidades

• Contact existing customers regarding renewal applications.
• Assist new and existing customers with queries via phone, email and online chat.
• Providing product information to new and existing customers.
• Assisting customers with administrative changes such as cancellations and updating contact details.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products.
• Liaise with underwriters regarding new insurance proposals.
• Adhere to compliance requirements.
• Maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
