Hybrid working; two days from home; training in-office full-time until training completed; location The Grange, Grange Avenue, Rearsby, Leicester.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfort with phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Handle renewal applications for existing customers.
• Assist customers with queries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide product information and update contact details.
• Upsell and cross-sell related products.
• Liaise with underwriters on new proposals.
• Ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.
