Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United Kingdom seeks an Inside Solutions Architect / Specialist for the Network for AI portfolio. You will own data center networking opportunities, guide architecture design, and partner with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to shape pipelines.

The role requires 6–8+ years in networking sales or hybrid technical-commercial roles, plus strong executive communication and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in networking technology sales or hybrid technical-commercial roles.
• Proven success selling networking infrastructure solutions.
• Experience related to solution architecture discussions in switching, routing, and data center networking.
• Experience collaborating with Sales Engineers on solution design and technical validation.
• Candidates with slightly less experience must demonstrate exceptional technical credibility and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline development and revenue growth for HPE Networking’s data center networking, routing, and AI infrastructure connectivity across assigned accounts.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer objectives and requirements.
• Translate business and technical requirements into solution architectures with Sales Engineers, advising on designs and deployment models.
• Provide architectural guidance during opportunity stages, evaluating topology options and integration points.
• Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and opportunity hygiene within Salesforce and sales tools.
