Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories seeks an Inside Sales professional to remotely sell our product line and meet territory goals. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office, with responsibility for existing and new customers across the assigned territory.

You will manage contracts, develop new business opportunities, and work with an integrated team to forecast and close deals while upholding Bio-Rad’s standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience selling remotely in healthcare or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Remotely sell Bio-Rad product line to meet territory sales goals and grow business for assigned customers.
• Serve as principal Bio-Rad contact for assigned accounts and coordinate with team to reach objectives; report to Field Sales Manager.
• Develop and qualify new prospects, analyze needs, prepare proposals, negotiate, and manage contracts (renewals/extensions).
• Build trust, protect margins, and enhance Bio-Rad’s brand image.
