Job summary

Biotage in Cardiff, UK, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive consumables sales across the EMEA region. The role combines direct sales, lead generation, quotation support and CRM administration in a hybrid setup with three days onsite weekly.

You will engage with scientific customers, promote the consumables portfolio, build relationships and work with Account Managers to maximise opportunities across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or related science required.
• Experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles in life science.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to generate and qualify sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for consumables across EMEA.
• Engage with customers to promote consumables and develop opportunities.
• Qualify and progress leads through the sales pipeline and CRM.
• Prepare quotations and support product demonstrations and literature requests.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to maximise sales.
