Job summary

Sanctuary Housing Association in Banbury is seeking an Income Team Manager - CIT to lead the Central Income Team. The role focuses on delivering income and welfare services to a high standard within budget and aligned to the Income Services Operational Plan.

You will oversee a team, ensure compliance with pre-court protocols, and work with other managers to maximise rental income while supporting tenants and service growth. 37.5 hours/week, temporary for up to 6 months.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Customer Service or Business Administration required.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer services.
• Experience in a contact centre environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, legislation, welfare benefits and good practice.
• Proven experience in staff management and development.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet legislative and regulatory requirements for income and housing management activities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Income Services team to maximise income streams.
• Collaborate with local and national teams to support current and future tenants.
• Identify and implement improvements to services to address demand gaps.
