Job summary

Sanctuary Group based in Banbury is seeking an Income Team Manager - CIT to oversee the delivery of income and welfare services within the Central Income Team. The role emphasizes compliance with pre court protocols, budget adherence, and inter-team collaboration to maximise tenancy income.

The successful candidate will lead a skilled team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service improvements to close demand gaps, while promoting Sanctuary's not-for-profit housing mission and employee

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Customer Service or Business Administration.
• Proven experience delivering high quality customer services.
• Experience in a contact centre environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, welfare benefits.
• Proven experience of staff management.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Proficient user of Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

• Meet all legislative and regulatory requirements for income and housing management activities, ensuring that the provision of accurate pre court protocol processes are adhered to.
• Work with other managers, manage and develop a highly effective team for Income Services to maximise income streams to the business.
• Work in partnership with local and national teams to support current and future tenants, ensuring that rental income is maximised throughout the tenancy.
• Identify and implement improvements to services to address demand gaps or service deficiencies to support service growth.
