Job summary

Sanctuary Housing Association in Banbury is seeking an Income Team Manager to lead the CIT team and ensure effective delivery of income and welfare services. The role involves coordinating with local and national teams to maximise rental income while meeting regulatory standards.

This is a 37.5-hour week temporary position for up to six months. The ideal candidate has NVQ3 in Customer Service or Business Administration and proven experience in customer service, contact centres, and staff

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Customer Service or Business Administration.
• Proven experience of delivering high quality customer services.
• Experience of working in a contact centre environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, good practice and welfare benefits.
• Proven experience of staff management.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Proficient user of Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

• Meet all legislative and regulatory requirements for income and housing management activities, ensuring the provision of accurate pre court protocol processes are adhered to.
• Work in collaboration with other managers, manage and develop a highly effective team for Income Services which maximise income streams to the business.
• Work in partnership with local and national teams to support current and future tenants, ensuring that rental income is maximised throughout the tenancy.
• Identify and implement improvements to services to address demand gaps or service deficiencies to support service growth.
