Zencity Technologies Ltd. in London, UK is seeking an Engagement Expert to drive post-sale implementations, ensure go-lives, and deliver ongoing value for city and government clients.

You will own end-to-end implementation, configure the platform, train client teams, and monitor adoption. This hybrid role requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS delivery, strong project management, and knowledge of government workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or delivery role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple concurrent implementations against defined timelines and milestones.
• Product fluency: Ability to configure, personalize, and train clients on a technical platform across multiple modules.
• Local government and/or public safety domain knowledge and ability to discuss workflows and priorities.
• Data curiosity and analytical skills to connect platform outputs to decisions.
• Confident client-facing presence with experience leading trainings and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation end-to-end: manage lifecycle from Closed Won to go-live within the 60-day clock.
• Configure and personalize the platform across Listen, Ask, and Communicate modules.
• Contribute to pre-sales solution design with Account Executives.
• Train and enable client users to use the platform independently.
• Drive recurring project delivery for surveys and content pages post go-live.
• Track adoption and health, surfacing risk and opportunities early.
