Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a senior Identity Security leader to coach and grow teams in the United States and United Kingdom. You will oversee identity governance, lifecycle management, access requests and privileged access, while driving AI Agent Governance and automation initiatives.

You will partner with Security, Technology, Risk, Compliance, HR and business stakeholders to deliver secure, auditable identity solutions and maintain high standards of controls and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Security.
• Minimum 2 years in direct people leadership with coaching and development.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, access reviews, and PAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Identity Security teams in the US and UK.
• Provide leadership for identity governance, lifecycle management and access certifications.
• Drive AI Agent Governance program development and lifecycle management.
• Drive automation and process improvements across Identity Security services.
• Set priorities and accountability, support employee development and workforce capacity.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.
• Oversee roadmaps, performance, risks and reporting to leadership.
